Terms and Conditions

  • Telephone bookings are held for 14 days and are confirmed on our receipt of your booking form.
  • Minimum numbers charged are based on numbers confirmed 7 days before the event. Small increases can be accommodated - please notify the Conference Office.
  • Cancellation charges per booked delegate day and breakout room if applicable. 28 - 8 days before event, 33%; 7-5 days before event, 50%; 4 days or less before event, 100%.
